The King’s Wings are coated in The Spice King's 'The Spice of the Motherland' seasoning blend. This special seasoning blend features 20-plus different spices, including ginger, cinnamon, garlic, and a little heat. Smokey Bones then takes this seasoning blend, and then mixes it with a lot of butter and hot sauce to coat eight bone-in wings. The "knock your socks off" wings are then garnished with pickled red onions, cilantro, and scallions to balance out the heat.
