This [pencil sharpener](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pencil-sharpener-1) takes me back to when times were creepier. The Sadie Pencil Sharpener from Living Dead Dolls will gross out all your friends and colleagues. Just jab little Sadie's decapitated head in the eye with a pencil and watch her vomit up the shavings. If you're pissed at your boss or your client or whomever, this could be a healthy way to vent your frustrations. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 61% | Activity: 58% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) > [Bizarre](https://www.trendhunter.com/bizarre) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Gross-out Halloween Merchandise:** Embrace the creepiness of Halloween with unusual and unsettling products like the Sadie Pencil Sharpener from Living Dead Dolls. - **Nostalgic Halloween Items:** Rediscover the spooky atmosphere of old Halloween traditions with vintage-inspired products like the Sadie Pencil Sharpener. - **Unconventional Stress Relief:** Find a unique and amusing way to release stress and frustration with the Sadie Pencil Sharpener, letting you vent through playful pencil jabbing. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Halloween Merchandise:** The Sadie Pencil Sharpener demonstrates a potential market for quirky and disturbing products that cater to Halloween enthusiasts. - **Toy and Collectibles:** The Living Dead Dolls brand creates eerie yet fascinating items, tapping into the demand for unique collectibles that stands out from traditional toys. - **Office Supplies:** The Sadie Pencil Sharpener offers an innovative twist on traditional office stationery, presenting an opportunity for companies to explore unconventional designs that entertain and amuse office workers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Electric Pencil Sharpener](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/electric-pencil-sharpener.md) - [Dumpster Pencil Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dumpstuder-pencil-holders.md) - [Pencil Shaving-Inspired Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sharpener-lampshades.md) - [Fashionable Zombie Dolls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zombaes-critter-chaos.md) - [Product-Inspired Halloween Looks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aldi-and-elladoesfx.md) - [Spinning Desk Sharpeners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ferfereh.md) - [Spooky Film-Inspired Stationery Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beetlejuice-be-happy-box.md) - [Limited-Edition Spooky Makeup Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/annabelle-cosmetics.md) - [Grim Reaper Tea Infusers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grim-reaper.md)
