What sets this sparkling beverage maker apart from so many others its unique pressure control system, the FusionCap, which directly carbonates flavored beverages without the risk of overflow or having to add sparkling water to existing mixes. As such, consumers have the freedom to experiment with adding fizz to their favorite pre-bottled drinks, or even bringing the fizz back to carbonated beverages that have gone flat. "The InFizz Fusion opens up a whole new way for our customers to experiment and enjoy drinks like they've never experienced before at home: from all-natural fizzy juice for the kids, to sparkling ice teas, flavorful fresh [non-alcoholic cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sodastream-crafted-cocktail-mixers), to entertaining with carbonated sangria and margaritas," says Sabrina Smith, Global Category Manager at Breville. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.5/10 - Popularity: 55% | Activity: 58% | Freshness: 23% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/kitchen) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Flavor Infusion:** Capitalizing on the trend of customizable beverages, brands are developing innovative ways to add fizz to a variety of drinks beyond just water. - **Pressure Control Systems:** Innovations in pressure control technology are revolutionizing the way beverages are carbonated, offering a precise and controlled fizzing experience for consumers. - **At-home Beverage Experimentation:** The rise of at-home beverage experimentation is driving the development of new carbonation devices that empower consumers to create unique fizzy drinks from a range of base liquids. ### Where This Applies - **Kitchen Appliances:** The kitchen appliance industry is witnessing a surge in demand for innovative carbonation devices that cater to the growing consumer interest in creating personalized drinks at home. - **Beverage Manufacturing:** Beverage manufacturers are exploring opportunities to collaborate with sparkling beverage maker brands to introduce new carbonated product lines that cater to evolving consumer preferences for fizzy drinks. - **Home Entertaining:** In the realm of home entertaining, there is a room for disruptive innovation in crafting carbonated cocktail experiences that elevate social gatherings with unique fizzy creations. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Drink-Carbonating Beverage Appliances](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sodastream-mix.md) - [Spumante-Style Water Carbonators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glacier-fresh-sodaology.md) - [Home Beverage Carbonators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omnifizz.md) - [Carbonated Beverage Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sodastream-art-1.md) - [Chilled Soda Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sparkin-cold-soda-maker.md) - [Chic Tubular Water Carbonators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smeg-soda-maker.md) - [Compact Carbonation Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aerflo-for-hydro-flask.md) - [Customized Sparkling Water Makers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sodastream-art.md) - [Mineralizing Water-Sanitizing Carbonators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carbon8-onetouch-sparkling-water-maker.md)
