The defining feature of the new design is that many materials and art are collected from a local gallery. The space measures 274 square meters and is meant to function as a communal area for the staff who work on the floors above. It is made up of a reception space, pantry, meeting rooms, and [communal eating area](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spaced-agency). Linehouse speaks about the design project, noting "The support of the client to design an office that pairs unexpected combinations of materials was refreshing and a challenge. The result is a space that allows art to breathe and creates a welcoming, natural and open place of work."
