The entry is at the top and the pool is at the bottom, so if you wanted to take a dip before heading out you will certainly get a workout. Some of the unique features of the home include [floating , cantilevered stairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cadenza), a complete set of [exterior and interior stairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cobalt-coach-house), and a number of planters that also double as roofs. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.0/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 43% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Stair-integrated Architecture:** Exploring and integrating the design and functionality of stairs into architectural spaces. - **Vertical Living Spaces:** Designing and building structures that incorporate vertical living to maximize space. - **Sustainable Vertical Gardens:** Innovating architecture to integrate planters that double up as roofs to grow plants, improve air quality and enhance urban living. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture and Construction:** Opportunities for designers and architects to experiment with innovative designs that challenge traditional building materials and styles. - **Real Estate Development:** Developing properties that offer unique living experiences with features such as stair-integrated architecture and vertical living spaces. - **Urban Farming and Landscaping:** New markets for designing, building, and selling sustainable vertical gardens that improve air quality and enhance urban living. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Bold Architectural Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flat-iron-house.md) - [Elevated Leisure Habitats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elevated-leisure-habitat.md) - [Sculptural Townhome Staircases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/atelier-pierre-thibault-1.md) - [Math Equation-Inspired Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-of-countless-windows.md) - [Stilts-Reading Suspended Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hole-with-the-house-around.md) - [Chilean Hillside Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-three-heights.md) - [Mountainous Elliptical House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-at-9000-feet.md) - [Stepped Hillside Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/b2a-architects.md) - [Vertical Feline Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cat-tree-house-2.md)
