Craft House, with design roots in Poland, Austria and Ireland, mounted the home on a double-axle trailer and offered an optional ground-level deck to shift the build from mobile to semi-permanent. Inside, the Erica used [Scandinavian spruce finishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scandi-inn) and an open-plan layout to make 129 square feet feel roomier, with a full kitchen including induction cooktop, oven and fridge, a bathroom with a glass shower and a loft bedroom reached by stairs with integrated storage. An optional [solar package](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/e55000) and a mini-split HVAC unit supported off-grid readiness and efficient climate control, giving owners both mobility and a settled-home experience that reflects growing demand for compact, adaptable living solutions.
