My guess is it's a tribute to a much loved pet that met its end. Or maybe it's a sick attraction to immortalize [injured pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foggy-dog). I don't know. It's a damn cute idea, though. And it got me talking. I'm thinking of coming out with my own line of night lights in the form of a virus, so when I go to sleep every night I'd be reminded that I may never wake up.
