[Tyson Foods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantbased-nugget)' Raised & Rooted brand is set to launch 'The Blend' this fall, which takes the form of a blended burger that combines Angus beef with [pea protein](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertis-pb-pea). While the average hamburger patty shares about 17 grams of protein per serving, The Blend boasts 19 grams of protein from its unique ingredient combination of plant- and animal-derived proteins. Additionally, the blended burger also boasts fewer calories and less saturated fat. Appealing to a wide range of consumers, the product packaging for The Blend also promises that the part-pea, part-beef patties are 100% delicious.

To meet the growing demands for products with less meat and meat alternatives, Raised & Rooted will be developing more plant-based and blended products for grocery stores and restaurants alike.
