With wild, wacky fonts covering the canvass and deliberate paint drips streaking down in bright, contrasting colors, the paintings look like [intricate graffiti designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enigmatic-graffiti). Instead of being left on the sides of buildings and on alley walls where it may get covered up by city officials, Grant's artwork is meant to be displayed indoors, adding vibrancy and texture to a room. For artwork that draws attention, infused with motivational messages and rainbow Rorschach patterns, her murals are the ultimate collection of larger-than-life, in-your-face designs. The intricate texture painting techniques perfected by Alexandra Grant make all the colors literally stand out from her eclectic, graffiti-styled murals. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 82% | Activity: 38% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Texture Painting:** Exploring the use of texture in painting creates a unique visual experience. - **Graffiti-inspired Art:** The use of graffiti-inspired fonts and colors creates visually impactful and memorable artistic murals. - **Motivational Messaging Art:** Using motivational messages in large lettering creates an art installation that inspires and motivates its viewers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** These murals can be used by interior designers to add personality and uniqueness to any residential or commercial space. - **Art and Design Production:** This unique painting style presents an opportunity for artists and designers to create and sell new iterations of wall art. - **Event Planning and Production:** Incorporating such murals in event productions can elevate the overall aesthetic appeal and create a memorable experience for attendees. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Vibrantly Colorful Dynamic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kayla-rumpp.md) - [Typographic-Inspired Intricate Textiles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glyph-collection.md) - [Digital Graffiti NFTs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/graffiti-wall-collection.md) - [Glass Beaded Intricate Artworks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/painting-exhibition.md) - [Evolved Vibrant Graffiti Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jan-kalb.md) - [Vibrant Design Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neon-primitivism.md) - [Graffiti Culture Art Exhibits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/1970s-graffiti-today.md) - [Street Art-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/met-rooftop.md) - [Confectionary Graffiti Murals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jolly-rancher-gummie.md)
