This cafe-inspired pub will simply be called 'Brew.' The name reflects the brewing of tea while also hinting at alcohol themes. Some drinks that will appear on the menu include an [Earl Grey and tonic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/all-day-earl-grey), Oolong martinis and a Lapsang Old Fashioned.
