What's created is a decidedly simple yet durable seating solution that's suited for use as a conventional chair in a variety of spaces, but with an [industrially artistic flair](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dgc-1). The 'T-CORD' chair has been crafted with 10 examples in existence, which further enhances the special nature of the furniture piece. Roi B spoke on the design saying, "I absolutely love blowing minds with a product that is undeniably high in quality and comfortable at the same time." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 82% | Activity: 61% | Freshness: 12% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Bungee Cord Furniture:** Opportunity to explore bungee cords as a main material in designing and creating furniture that is both simple and durable. - **Steel Pipe Framework:** Exploration of steel pipes as a framework in creating furniture that is not only durable but brings an industrial aesthetic touch to conventional seating solutions. - **Handcrafted High-quality Furniture:** Opportunity to create and sell handcrafted high-quality furniture that is both comfortable and fashionable. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Bungee cord and steel pipe framework can be utilized to create unique furniture designs that cater to consumers looking for a simplistic yet industrial aesthetic. - **Interior Design:** The unique design and aesthetic of the T-CORD chair presents opportunity for interior designers to give spaces an industrial look by incorporating such furniture. - **Artisanal Furniture Sales:** Creating handcrafted high-quality furniture like the T-CORD chair can present an opportunity for an artisanal furniture brand that sells unique and high-quality furniture. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Recycled Dynamic Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bultan-chair.md) - [Bended Tubular Chair-Table Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wire-chair-concept.md) - [Rope-Like Dynamic Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caterpillar-lounge.md) - [Sleek Steel Structural Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/combchair.md) - [Ultra-Precise Woven Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woven-chair-design.md) - [Fabric-Wrapped Rocking Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zhe-rocking-chair.md) - [Supportive Lightning Bolt Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightning-chair.md) - [Modern Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bow-chair.md) - [Tubular Organic-Formed Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loopy-chair.md)
