Strikingly organic, this design provides a sight to behold at the waterfront in Tbilisi, Georgia. Overlooking Kura river, it appears to channel the undulating surface of the water in its own unique way. Designed by [Studio Fuksas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yunhai-forest-service-station), the Tbilisi Public Service Hall may look like it would be a community center of sorts, but it is actually comprised of various offices, which are placed around a central public square. Connected by internal footbridges, the offices become part of one large organism that perpetuates its nature-inspired aesthetic. These offices will include the [National Bank of Georgia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gat-umbrella), the Minister of Energy and the Civil and National Registry. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 36% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Organic Architecture:** A trend towards organic, nature-inspired architecture design to create unique and visually-stunning buildings. - **Central Public Square:** A trend towards creating public spaces at the heart of large office buildings to foster community and social interaction. - **Footbridge Connectivity:** A trend towards using footbridges to connect different parts of a large building to create a unified and cohesive structure. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture:** The architecture industry can benefit from incorporating nature-inspired designs and creating public spaces in their buildings. - **Government Services:** The government services industry can benefit from designing buildings that prioritize accessibility and community engagement. - **Energy and Banking:** The energy and banking industries can benefit from creating inviting and visually-striking offices to showcase their services and attract clients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Spiralled Roof Horticultural Centers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-leaf-1.md) - [Leaf-Inspired Countryside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leaf-house-1.md) - [Cultural Green Libraries](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taichung-green.md) - [Reimagined Landmark Hotels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/telegraph-hotel-tbilisi.md) - [Wave-Inspired Civic Halls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sail-congress-centre.md) - [Greenery-Filled Skyscraper Terrarium](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/terrarium-cheongdam.md) - [Clover-Style Conference Center Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zgc-international-innovation-center.md) - [Forested Residential Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-bath.md) - [Public Pavilion Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tess-pavilion.md)
