Talk2One was one of the many pitches featured at the 2011 Social Finance Forum which was put on last december at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto. The goal of this social enterprise is to bridge the digital divide -- not the digital divide that exists between countries, but rather, within them.

"Our mission is to provide a service that will reduce costs and increase efficiency for support agencies dealing sympathetically with the hard to serve, those at risk or in need of social assistance and do so in a cost effective and fully measured manner," Talk2One writes on its website.
