His 'KRE House' is unique due to the simple fact that it has a lift that connects the underground garage to the living room. The underground garage houses nine Lamborghinis. Woof. Takuya Tsuchida designs for some up-scale clientele. The living room lift can display one Lambo at a time. If you want to gaze upon Takuya Tsuchida's glorious design you better be in, or be planning a trip to, [Tokyo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-kyobate). I think I'll just drive to the ritzy part and stand across the street from the Lambo dealership. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 95% | Activity: 87% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Luxury Home Automation:** There is an opportunity for innovative companies to create home automation systems that can integrate luxury car display and storage with other features. - **Smart Garage Design:** Developing smart garage systems that can provide specialized car storage solutions for auto aficionados can be the next big thing in the garage industry. - **Auto-inspired Interior Design:** Creating home interior designs that are inspired by the sleek and stylish designs of cars can be an opportunity for new trends in luxury villa decor. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Luxury Car Manufacturers:** Luxury car manufacturers can collaborate with architecture and design firms to create innovative car storage and display solutions for affluent clients. - **Home Automation Companies:** Home automation companies can integrate luxury car storage and display features into their existing systems, creating a disruptive innovation in the home automation industry. - **Architectural and Design Firms:** Architectural and design firms can find a new niche designing luxury villas and homes that feature auto-inspired interior designs and smart garage systems. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Luxe Car-Focused Residence Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/greenway-parks.md) - [Circus Tent-Inspired Holiday Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-circus.md) - [Supercar-Inspired Furniture Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ufo-lamborghini-furniture-pieces.md) - [Fish Tank-Inspired Japanese Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nao-iwanari.md) - [Automobile-Focused Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ralph-lauren-modern-driver.md) - [Cave-Like Exposed Concrete Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nakano-house.md) - [Parking Lot-Transformed Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/octa-house.md) - [Hidden Resort Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stealth-1.md) - [Cat-Catered Large Japanese Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-cat-tree-house.md)
