As though supported on a pile of planters, this surface is conveniently height-adjustable, making it eye-catching and adaptable. Designed by Gallotti & Radice, the Table Layer is made up of a transparent glass top that rests on top of circular and stackable wooden parts. The glass surface allows the original base to stand out even more, making the entire table a wonderful statement piece for the home. Available in various colors and finishes such as natural ash, wenge stained or white, black, saffron yellow, sand and chestnut lacquer, the Table Layer also lets you customize it to your own tastes and interior design scheme. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.5/10 - Popularity: 33% | Activity: 4% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Stacked Furniture:** The trend of using stacked furniture as a design feature creates visually interesting and unique pieces. - **Transparent Glass Surfaces:** The trend of incorporating transparent glass surfaces in furniture design adds a modern and sleek aesthetic. - **Customizable Furniture:** The trend of offering customizable furniture allows consumers to personalize their pieces to match their individual tastes and styles. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can explore the use of stacked furniture and transparent glass surfaces in creating innovative and visually appealing spaces. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** The furniture manufacturing industry can tap into the demand for customizable furniture and offer a wide range of options to cater to individual preferences. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can capitalize on the trend of stacked furniture to offer unique and eye-catching pieces that enhance the overall aesthetic of a space. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Asymmetrical Industrial Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mura-side-table.md) - [Puzzling Geometric Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linked-side-table.md) - [Terrazzo Side Table Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balance-side-table.md) - [Hovering Illusion Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stilk.md) - [Bookshelf-Incorporated Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/overlap-table.md) - [Haute Waterlily-Like Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lilypad-table.md) - [Wooden Table-Inspired Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tidone.md) - [Adjustable Side Table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/turno.md) - [Modern Customizable Table Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/customizable-table-design.md)
