Swoop the Owl iPhone pillow is a genius product created by designers Jim McGaw and Tara Armbruster. Aware that many people now fall asleep listening to their iPods, these two creators wanted to design a product which would keep the iPhone stationary throughout the night. Swoop the owl was born, an adorable plush pillow with a pocket in his belly. The iPod touch or iPhone fits perfectly into this pocket, which protects its screen and prevents it from getting lost in bedcovers. Swoop lets music-manics snooze in style; listen to your tunes while laying on this cute critter. This Swoop iPhone pillow is definitely an idea that will fly. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.0/10 - Popularity: 54% | Activity: 88% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Plush Tech Accessories:** The Swoop iPhone pillow is an innovative example of combining technology with plush design, creating opportunities for the development of more tech-infused products in the plush industry. - **Sleep Tech:** The Swoop iPhone pillow addresses the growing trend of using technology for sleep, suggesting potential disruptions and innovations in the sleep tech industry. - **Functional Home Decor:** The Swoop iPhone pillow exemplifies the trend of integrating functionality into home decor items, presenting opportunities to create more versatile and multi-purpose products in the home decor industry. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Plush Industry:** The Swoop iPhone pillow combines the worlds of plush and technology, presenting disruptive innovation opportunities within the plush industry. - **Sleep Tech Industry:** The Swoop iPhone pillow tackles the intersection of technology and sleep, opening up possibilities for disruptive innovations within the sleep tech industry. - **Home Decor Industry:** The Swoop iPhone pillow offers a new perspective on functional home decor, suggesting potential disruptions and innovations within the home decor industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Comforting Pillow-Like Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oa-speaker.md) - [Sleep Tech Earbuds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/birdzzz.md) - [Branded Technology Alarm Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-snooze.md) - [Smart Baby Sound Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baby-sleep-aid.md) - [Adaptive Ergonomic Bed Pillows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ostrichpillow-bed-pillow.md) - [Active Anti-Snoring Pillows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antisnore-pillow.md) - [Sleep-Specific Headphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kokoon-1.md) - [Collectible Plush Pillows](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/squishpillow-by-original-squishmallows.md) - [Bird-Inspired Earbud Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tweettunes.md)
