The neat thing about this [unique design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/piano-washbasin) is that it [swivels outwards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/swivel), displaying three functional layers. The top layer is a basin, the middle layer is a [storage drawer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apt-drawers) and the bottom level is another sink. The Swing+ Wash Basin will definitely be useful for a couple looking for a sleek space-saver or a creative bathroom design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 6% | Activity: 54% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Swiveling Furniture:** The concept of swiveling furniture is a disruptive innovation that can make use of limited spaces effectively by providing a multi-functional usage to a single item. - **Space-saving Designs:** Space-saving designs are a trend that highlights functionality and convenience for a comfortable living space. - **Multipurpose Features:** Incorporating multipurpose features in products is a rising trend that caters to the need for optimal utilization of resources and space. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Design:** The furniture design industry can explore and implement swiveling and space-saving concepts in various products to provide innovative solutions for compact living spaces. - **Home Improvement:** Home improvement industry can leverage space-saving designs to enhance the functionality of household items for efficient use of space and resources. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can brainstorm creative ways to incorporate multipurpose features into home furnishing concepts, offering customers innovative tools for optimizing limited spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Elegant Kitchen Sink Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitchen-sink-system.md) - [Angular Ceramic Sink Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/angle-washbasin.md) - [Dual-Use Ceramic Basins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luneup.md) - [Playful Rotating Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/giralot-rotating-storage.md) - [Reinventive Modern Kitchen Sinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxury-kitchen.md) - [Versatile Sideboard Desk Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hideaway-swing-desk.md) - [Refined Dishwasher Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grifoa-sliding-faucet.md) - [Enhanced Stylish Faucet Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omnibath.md) - [Compact Basin Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/archiplan-compact-basin-collection.md)
