Posted on [Reddit](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wplace) by someone who knows the contractor that completed the project, the pool was created through the use of a [tile mosaic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sunflowers-set) that was formed into the aesthetic of the painting. However, the exceptionally artistic design of the swimming pool is only truly appreciated from the sky, which makes it a treat for drones, helicopters and planes flying overhead. The swimming pool design features a spectacular attention to detail that sees vibrant tiles placed in perfect coordination to recreate the stunning artwork at the California home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.6/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 90% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Tile Mosaic Art:** Tile mosaics are being used in innovative ways to create visually stunning and detailed designs, offering opportunities for unique artistic expressions in various industries. - **Aerial Appreciation:** Designs that can only be fully appreciated from an aerial perspective are gaining popularity, creating opportunities for unique experiences and interactions with art and architecture. - **Art-inspired Architectural Elements:** The integration of famous artworks into architectural designs is becoming a trend, providing an opportunity for immersive and visually striking experiences in various settings. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** The architecture industry can leverage tile mosaic art to create visually stunning designs that set buildings apart and captivate viewers. - **Hospitality:** Hotels and resorts can embrace designs that are best appreciated from the air, offering unique and Instagram-worthy experiences for guests. - **Public Art:** Public spaces and cities can integrate art-inspired architectural elements to create engaging and culturally rich environments that appeal to residents and visitors. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Illuminated Bright Pool Surfaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vetrite.md) - [Colorful Tile Pool Loungers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30-inflatable-pool-lounger.md) - [Skylight-Topped English Pool Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/malvern-pool-house.md) - [Nature-Inspired Poolside Homestay](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/miyue-blue-and-white-island-pool-homestay.md) - [Underwater Pool Window Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hastingssunrise.md) - [Whimsical Pool-Inspired Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/public-pool-exhibition.md) - [AI Swimming Pool Visualizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pool-planner-ai.md) - [Sneaker-Shaped Swimming Pools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sneakerpool.md) - [Colorful Poolside Art Inflatables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30.md)
