Who wants to stand up when you can sit down on such a [cool stool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cling-stool) anyways. I may never stand again after looking at Svilen Gamolov's 'La Cloche'. Svilen Gamolov has designed some [cool furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/utzon-stool) before (check his work out in the related trends below), but the 'La Cloche' is his best work so far. This stool dares you not to sit on it, with its sexy red and black color scheme and fiercly pointy legs. [Bar stars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garage-beer-x-vyper-chair) across the world rejoice, you now have a cool seat to rest your weary feet. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Bar Stool Design:** Design innovative bar stools that are not only comfortable but also add an aesthetic value to any bar setting - **Standing Desk Alternatives:** Explore creating innovative alternatives to traditional standing desks and make sitting for extended periods more comfortable - **Functional Art Furniture:** Create furniture pieces that enhance the aesthetic appeal of any space while still being functional ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Industry:** There is a great opportunity to innovate and offer unique and functional furniture pieces such as these butt-cupping bar stools - **Interior Design Industry:** Interior designers can look towards incorporating unique bar stool designs like this into spaces they are designing - **Hospitality Industry:** The hospitality industry could benefit from unique bar stool designs that create a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere for guests ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Bubble-Inspired Bulbous Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bubble-stool.md) - [Visibly Undulating Stool Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concave-stool.md) - [Lightweight Bar Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hodei-superlight.md) - [Functional Decorative Rocking Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rool-stool.md) - [Vintage-Inspired Barstools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inheritance-barstool.md) - [Highly Functional Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loki-stool.md) - [Active Sitting Cork Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ylin-stool.md) - [Wheeled Bright Stumpy Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stump-stool-1.md) - [Re-Released Sculptural Bar Stools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bend-bar-stool.md)
