This sustainable factory provides prefabricated panels for homes so they can live up to "Passive House" standards, and it was created with the same materials.

While most factories are quite large and consume a large amount of energy, this factory lives up to the same Passive House standards that it provides for homes. Passive House is a standard that uses very little energy for a building's heating and cooling processes. The company designed its factory after these standards with prefabricated wood constructions providing solar shading while optimizing views and light. Not only is this sustainable factory friendly to the environment, it is an exceptional piece of architecture that differs from most other factories.

By maintaining the same standards in its own production that it holds for its clients and consumers, this factory is actively leading by example.
