A Japan-based educational publisher, Shogakukan, is going to issue an [iPhone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/macroscope-2) application which will teach its users how to make sushi.

Shogakukan already offers a live mushroom application which teaches people how to grown then, and about the different species that grow. I bet whoever has that on their phone is a real fungi!

Apparently this new [sushi iPhone application](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sushi-bakes) is handy if you have trouble [translating the names of fish](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/menu-explain) - not something I feel particularly bothered to master, if I am honest.
