The Superman Trailer is Recreated in 8-Bit Blocks

Media-creation studio Steelehouse Productions created a very digital, pixelated version of the new Superman trailer, catching the attention of 74,000 views just overnight. This adds to the publicity that Warner Bros. has been receiving for the trailers it has been releasing the past few weeks for its new Superman film, Man of Steel.

This mock trailer called 'Ideal of Hope,' is dubbed with human voices and realistic ambient noises aligning with an excusable action plot. The only thing not realistic about it? Its 8-bit visuals. Everything from the explosion scenes to characters are made of awkwardly jaunty building blocks. The familiar red cape and blue suit hero is completely LEGO-esque, with its head completely square and not smooth around the edges.
