Most female superheroines are dressed somewhat provocatively in comic books, but these photos portray these vixens in a more conservative light.

Michael Lee Lunsford created the fully dressed superheroines to exercise other design concepts for the female comic book characters of [DC](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/revolution-beauty-x-dc-supervillains-collection) and [Marvel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/christian-louboutin-x-marvel). Lunsford states that he's not enforcing any moral code onto other designers, but simply exploring other avenues of design that haven't been examined in comic books.

Supergirl in thigh-highs isn't a bad look for the native Kryptonian, and seeing Elektra decked-out in full assassin gear looks even better than the original concept art. Even Wonder Woman looks comfortable in her new attire: she is the princess of the Amazons, so outfitting her with militarized gear seems appropriate.
