The Super Oldies Side Table is actually a photographic reproduction of several records stuck together to hold your cups and books. Made of birch plywood and coated in poly-resin, the Super Oldies Side Table pays homage to the uber hip vinyl record. It measured 12.5 x 18.5 x 22 inches and retails for $495. It's perfect for a record collector or music lover or someone who just loves quirky, retro-inspired furniture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 1% | Activity: 81% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Retro-themed Furniture:** The use of photographic reproduction of vinyl records in furniture design presents an opportunity for creative and nostalgia-driven retro-inspired furniture concepts. - **Repurposed Vinyl Records:** The repurposing of vinyl records as design elements presents an opportunity for innovation in sustainable design and upcycling. - **Photographic Reproductions:** The use of photographic reproductions of objects as a design element opens up possibilities for creating hyper-realistic products with unique and nostalgic design appeal. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** The furniture industry can explore retro-inspired designs that repurpose nostalgic objects to create unique products with broad appeal. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can leverage the appeal of nostalgic and retro design elements and repurposed objects to create unique and personalized spaces for customers. - **Sustainable Design:** The use of repurposed and upcycled materials in furniture and interior design presents an opportunity for the sustainable design industry to create eco-friendly products with unique design appeal. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Modern Turntable Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amuni-studio.md) - [Turntable-Inspired Coaster Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/needledrop-coaster-set.md) - [Vinyl Record Credenzas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/geology-studio.md) - [Retro-Modern Turntable Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertical-turntable-concept.md) - [Contemporary Stereo Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folded-record-bureau.md) - [Style-Conscious Record Players](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upright-vinyl-record-player.md) - [Modernized Old-Fashioned Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/union-side-table.md) - [Wine Storage Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roll-side-table.md) - [Record-Cleaning Vinyl Turntables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crescent-turntable.md)
