The Sunset Lamp by Alban Le Henry appears quite dissimilar to the norm, presenting itself as an object without an obvious function. Once you switch the light fixture on, it's quite clear that it performs its task effectively. Modeled on the form of a severed bowl, the piece has a flat central component that emits illumination backwards against the concave body. Diffuse light escapes from the sunken-looking lamp that seems to mimic the [rising or the setting sun](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/evening-sky).
