The lobby area features a spacious section that is sunken right into the floor and provides prospective clients with ample area to comfortably sit while discussing details. A [wrap-around seating section](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/osolo) is accented by circular tables and [armchairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/perron-pillo-lounge-chair) that will provide just the right level of support for sitters. The sunken conversation pit highlights beige components and is finished with a fireplace in the center that helps to create a dramatic focal point within the seating area. The section is positioned in contrast to the dark-wood shelving that's adjacent and enhances a sense of duality in the space.
