Designed with [faux foliage](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wood-chair-on-grass), the 'Le Refuge' lounger features large pin metal leaves that spring up from the sides and rear of the design. This ensures that those seated on the 'Le Refuge' lounger are able to enjoy being poolside or outdoors without having to feel as though they're getting too much UV exposure. The 'Le Refuge' sun lounger is the design work of Marc Ange for The Invisible Collection that's created in collaboration with The Green Gallery. The 'Le Refuge' lounger comes as a modern daybed with a distinct attention to designer quality and artistic concepts. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 86% | Activity: 38% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Faux Foliage Furniture:** Opportunity to incorporate faux foliage in other types of furniture to create unique outdoor experiences. - **Artistic Outdoor Designs:** Opportunity to create designer quality, artistic designs that are both functional and visually stunning. - **Sun Protection Products:** Opportunity to create new products that provide creative solutions for sun protection while enjoying the outdoors. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture Industry:** Opportunity to expand outdoor furniture offerings to incorporate artistic designs. - **Landscaping Industry:** Opportunity to incorporate faux foliage in unique ways in outdoor landscaping projects. - **Outdoor Recreation Industry:** Opportunity to create new outdoor products that combine functionality with artistic designs and creative sun protection solutions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wooden Structural Outdoor Bedes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hut-lounge-bed.md) - [Elegant Exterior Lounge Beds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lounge-bed.md) - [Leaf-Inspired Modern Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-lounge-chair1.md) - [Living Plant DIY Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/green-hideaway.md) - [Shaded Modern Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ufo-shelter.md) - [Colorful Tile Pool Loungers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30-inflatable-pool-lounger.md) - [Beachside Modern Daybed Setups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contour-daybed.md) - [Modernized Water-Friendly Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soleil-adirondack-chair.md) - [Luxurious Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxurious-outdoor-furniture1.md)
