The interior has been embellished strongly by [Note Design Studio](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior) who embraces its understanding of unparallel elegance to curate a layout that is calming and atmosphere-driven. The project was commissioned by The Office Group. Summit House is located in a heritage building that was originally erected in 1925. In the throws of [art deco](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/atypique-1), the architecture presents bold references to the movement, the majority of which have been preserved by Note Design Studio, who recognizes the immense value these motifs have for design-forward aesthetics. Moreover, the inaugural elegance of the Summit House has been supplemented with custom terrazzo flooring, poetically enhanced furniture, as well as a color palette that is soothing and romantic, boasting warm hues and oaky tones. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 57% | Activity: 24% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Art Deco Workplace Design:** Opportunity for interior design and architecture firms to adopt and incorporate Art Deco design motifs and styles in their workplace projects. - **Flexible Workspaces:** Growth potential for companies providing flexible workspace solutions, as businesses continue to adapt to new remote work models post-pandemic. - **Customized Flooring and Furniture:** Development of innovative and unique flooring and furniture materials and designs to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of workspaces. ### Where This Applies - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior design firms to specialize in Art Deco design projects, like Summit House. - **Architecture:** Architecture firms can incorporate Art Deco motifs and styles to create unique and visually appealing workplaces, particularly in heritage buildings. - **Workspace Solutions:** Opportunity for growth in companies offering flexible workspace solutions, such as The Office Group who commissioned Summit House. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modern Deco Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/newgen.md) - [Mid-Century Tonal Cozy Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drama-republic.md) - [Luxuriously Artistic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/child-studio1.md) - [Modernist Art-Deco Cafés](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/watchhouse-caf.md) - [Rerfeshed Historic Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cloisters-interiors.md) - [Ultra-Slick Modern Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior.md) - [Art Deco-Themed Film Headquarters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sandbox-film.md) - [Californian Modern Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/day-job.md) - [Cohesive Modern Workspace Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unorthodox-designs.md)
