While it takes a bit of prep work to make, this lemonade Jell-O shot looks super festive and delicious in its lemon wedge cup. To make these lemon wedge Jell-O shooters, begin by slicing several lemons in half and scooping out the flesh and seeds. You should be left with a circular cup-like shape that will act as the shot glass. Then make two different types of alcoholic Jell-O. Pick two contrasting flavor colors, like [lemon and raspberry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grey-goose-raspberry-lemonade), so that when the gelatins are stacked, the colors really pop. Then layer the first Jell-O color half-way inside the lemon shell. Once the first Jell-O has set pour the second flavor overtop. Then slice the lemon shell into wedges and enjoy! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 51% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Layered Lemonade Shooters:** Opportunity to create unique and visually appealing alcoholic beverages using layered Jell-O shots. - **Festive Drink Preparations:** Opportunity for creating fun and creative drink recipes for special events and parties. - **Alternative Shot Glasses:** Opportunity to explore unique alternatives to traditional shot glasses, such as using fruit cups or wedges. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Food and Beverage:** Innovative drink recipes can attract customers and create new experiences in the food and beverage industry. - **Event Planning:** Event planners can incorporate unique and visually appealing drink recipes to enhance their services. - **Hospitality:** Hotels, bars, and restaurants can leverage creative drink recipes to provide a unique experience to their customers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dirty Martini Jelly Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cocktail-jellies.md) - [Strawberry-Spiked Hard Lemonades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/strawberry-hard-lemonade.md) - [Unconventional RTD Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unconventional-rtd-cocktails.md) - [Lemonade-Flavored Alcoholic Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/simply-spiked-lemonade-1.md) - [Festive Jelly Cakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/holiday-cosmo-cocktail-jelly-cake.md) - [Cinnamon Whiskey Jello Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cinnamon-whiskey-geltain-shot.md) - [Spoon-Served Spherified Shooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highwire-lounge.md) - [Lemonade-Infused Ice Cream Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/summer-shandwich.md) - [Edible Cocktail Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cocktail-shots1.md)
