While there are hundreds of designs for succulent planters on the market, none are quite as unique and detailed as these 3D-printed ones by designer Yuriy Sklyar. Sklyar was inspired by the forms of Middle Eastern villas and set out to create a series of novel planters with Tinkercad and the [MakerBot](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sketch-print) Replicator.

The files for these [3D-printed succulent planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tilt-planter) have been shared by Sklyar on both Tinkercad and Thingiverse.

Since 3D printers give makers the ability to create highly detailed forms on a small scale, home decor pieces like [vases, lamps and decorative bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/haibu) have the potential to adopt entirely new forms that are highly imaginative and sculptural, as well as still fully functional.
