The [Fellows Pavilion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/monitor-arms) takes full advantage of its scenic location, featuring glass walls, a round-about veranda and an angular roof. The glass walls of the structure are held upright by a steel skeleton and topped with a gabled roof on all four sides. The white steel frame of the structure contrasts beautifully with the striking green lawns, giving the pavilion a sense of lightness and transparency. Those who wish to spend a quiet moment reading, studying or contemplating in the pavilion are treated to the gorgeous view of a lake in Berlin's Wannsee area. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.2/10 - Popularity: 87% | Activity: 62% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Panoramic Study Pavilions:** Creating study pavilions with panoramic views for enhanced focus and inspiration. - **Glass-walled Structures:** Designing buildings with glass walls to maximize natural light and create a sense of transparency. - **Architectural Integration with Nature:** Integrating architectural structures harmoniously with natural surroundings to provide a serene and contemplative environment. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture:** Opportunity for architects to incorporate panoramic study pavilion designs in various locations and contexts. - **Education:** Creating innovative study spaces that enhance focus and provide inspirational environments for learning and contemplation. - **Hospitality:** Offering scenic study pavilions as unique amenities for guests to relax, read, and enjoy beautiful surroundings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Landscape Viewing Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/resting-loop-with-views.md) - [Serene Wooden Garden Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-pavilion-1.md) - [Interactive Architectural Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folding-landscape.md) - [Lantern-Like Tea House Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tea-house-pavilion-1.md) - [Cantilevered Porous Steel Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baker-creek-pavilion.md) - [Tranquil Round Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-round-pavilion.md) - [Lake-Overlooking Tiled Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jinji-lake-pavilion.md) - [Cozy Gaden Cabin Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-pavilion.md) - [Rocky Garden-Nestled Serene Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-3to1-pavilion.md)
