Most consumers are only accustomed to thinking about how sneakers look on people's feet, and that's precisely why Studio-at-Large's tech infused art exhibit for [Nike's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drip) 2013 Free collection is turning so many heads.

Studio-at-Large is a Shanghai-based design firm, and their latest art installation sees these visionaries portraying the beauty of motion in a three part, [futuristic looking shoe art exhibit](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-air-max-dn8). Suspended on black lines, the design firm arranged [colorful shoes from Nike's 2013 Free Collection](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drip-exhibition) around an illuminated track.

By doing this, patrons get the illusion of seeing a freeze frame from a fast paced race. Using only these vibrantly colored shoes and no mannequins, this part of the installation entitled 'The Track' is only one of three parts of Studio-at-Large's exbitit. Other Studio-at-Large installations include high tech, interactive components like motion-sensitive LED walls.
