[Studio Vural](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/srivan), a US firm, envisioned a mixed-use skyscraper in Manhattan covered in a colorful drape of Asian lilies. The conceptual project, dubbed the Lilly Tower, aims to promote [low-energy designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solar-tower-1) in the architectural and construction industry.

Thus far, the tower is conceptualized for a site alongside Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. Studio Vural designed the tower with a curved apex that rises near the American Radiator Building. The Lilly Tower's shape is informed by Asian rice fields found on steep hills. It would be triple glazed and partly [covered in vegetation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wonderwoods-vertical-forest) which would double as natural insulation as well as provide aesthetic value. Additionally, the vegetation would comprise Asiatic lilies due to their low-maintenance quality and spring blooms.
