Excellent for use as a decorative coffee table, the [stark contrasting black and yellow colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/runda-tables) create a striking design that stands out. Keep books, coasters and other small items in the oblong square where they will be on display and within reach. On the side, a rack of different depths allows for the storage of magazines, newspaper, files and other documents that need to be kept in order. The bold black silhouette will fit in with a modernist design theme and the yellow accents add a bright cheerfulness. The Brigada storage table is a useful, multipurpose cupboard to have in a living room or office. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.0/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 42% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Contrasting-colored Furniture:** Creating furniture with contrasting colors can make a bold and striking design statement. - **Practical Storage Solutions:** Designing furniture with ample storage space and organizing racks can provide practical solutions for organizing and decluttering. - **Multipurpose Furniture:** Designing furniture that serves multiple functions can add versatility and functionality to living spaces. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Furniture manufacturers can explore the use of contrasting colors and practical storage solutions in their designs. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can incorporate contrasting-colored furniture and multipurpose solutions into their projects to create unique and functional spaces. - **Retail and E-commerce:** Retailers and e-commerce platforms can offer contrasting-colored furniture and practical storage solutions to cater to customers' needs for both aesthetics and functionality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Metallic Multifunctional Storage Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabine-101.md) - [Perplexingly Angular Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tadashi-side-table.md) - [Minimalist Book Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pocket-coffee-table.md) - [Bookshelf-Incorporated Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/overlap-table.md) - [Personality-Enhancing Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ordo-book.md) - [Stylish Storage-Equipped Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basso-side-table.md) - [Funky Colorful Storage Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorful-storage-units.md) - [Book-Storing Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookgroove-bookrack.md) - [Wine Storage Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roll-side-table.md)
