Bigelli Marmi's Leonardo collection blends minimalist design with beautiful [carved blocks of stone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/handchiseled-marble-basin). Designer Franco Poli describes the funnel-like shape of his pieces as a '[water vortex](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/volta-collection)'. This vortex theme is repeated in nearly every bathroom element, from the lean sinks to the stand-up shower and bathtub. Each piece is carved from a single block of stone, and the only colors available for this collection are those that are naturally found in nature. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.7/10 - Popularity: 56% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Minimalist Stone Bathrooms:** This trend highlights the potential for natural materials to create elegant yet minimalist bathroom designs. - **Vortex-shaped Fixtures:** This trend presents an opportunity for creating unique and visually striking bathroom fixtures inspired by natural phenomena. - **Single-block Stone Sculptures:** This trend showcases the potential for using the artistry of stone carving to create functional yet beautiful bathroom elements. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Luxury Bathroom Design:** This industry can utilize natural materials and unique shapes inspired by nature to create high-end bathroom designs. - **Stone Carving:** This industry can use their skills to carve stunning and functional bathroom fixtures from single blocks of stone. - **Naturalstone Supply Chain:** This industry has an opportunity to play a key role in sourcing and providing high-quality, naturally-colored stone for bathroom design purposes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Textural Bathroom Sink Basins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/washbasin-collection.md) - [Marble Slab Washbasins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/piano-washbasin.md) - [Dynamic Marble Sink Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/infinito.md) - [Collaborative Bathroom Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathroom-design2.md) - [Museum-Like Bathroom Fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/face-face-bathroom-collection.md) - [Tranquil Modern Bath Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zencha.md) - [Forest Walk-Inspired Bathroom Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antao.md) - [Sustainable Bathroom Design Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sustainable-bathroom-design.md) - [Egyptian-Informed Bathroom Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/latoxlato.md)
