# Relaxing Smartphone Chargers The Conceptual 'Stem' Wireless Charger Lamp by Ugly Duckling is Chic By Michael Hemsworth | Published 2022-10-03 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stem-wireless-charger-lamp References: [yankodesign](https://www.yankodesign.com/2022/10/03/stem-concept-is-a-wireless-charger-candle-warmer-lamp-in-one/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=stem-concept-is-a-wireless-charger-candle-warmer-lamp-in-one) The conceptual '[Stem](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/insects-light-trap)' wireless charger lamp has been designed by [Ugly Duckling](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moss-humidifier) as a decidedly stylish take on the simple technology product to convey a sense of harmony. The lamp has a lantern-like design that offers a dedicated spot on the top for wirelessly charging smartphones and other Qi-enabled devices, while the lower section has a lattice-like finish. This hollow lower section is a dedicated spot for a scented candle to be placed, which will aromatically invigorate the user. The conceptual 'Stem' wireless charger lamp can also be flipped upside-down when not being used for charging a smartphone to offer mood lighting. The unit is imagined in orange, green and blue color options, and maintains a relatively moody design to encourage tranquility in bedrooms or living rooms. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.8/10 - Popularity: 97% | Activity: 95% | Freshness: 13% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Hybrid Technology Products:** Manufacturers can create technology products that combine functionality and aesthetics to offer consumers a unique and pleasurable experience. - **Multipurpose Home Decor Items:** Designers can create multifunctional home decor items that add to the ambiance of a living space and also serve a practical purpose. - **Wireless Charging Furniture:** Companies can create furniture items that have a built-in wireless charging feature to cater to the needs of modern consumers that are always on the go. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Industry:** The furniture industry can explore the idea of incorporating technology into furniture and creating wireless charging furniture. - **Home Decor Industry:** The home decor industry can create multifunctional home decor items that not only add to the beauty of living spaces but also serve a practical purpose. - **Technology Industry:** The technology industry can explore new and creative ways of incorporating wireless charging technology into a variety of items that go beyond just smartphone chargers and power banks. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Multipurpose Entryway Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wireless-charger-lamp.md) - [Ambient Illumination Tech Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spot-on-wireless-charger.md) - [Bed-Like Technology Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foam-wireless-charger.md) - [Garden-Inspired Smartphone Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mini-moonlit-desk-garden.md) - [Decorative Device Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tricharge-wireless-charger-concept.md) - [Magnetic Charging Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spot-on-charger.md) - [Angled Smartphone Charger Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wireless-charger-concept.md) - [Digital Detox Smartphone Stations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humidifier-and-wireless-charger.md) - [Artistic Tech-Charging Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/combi-table-lamp.md)
