Over three kilometers of [fiber optics](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shapes-of-light) held up the tiny lights of laser cut Perspex. The Stealth Chandelier was a [lighting installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/suspended-lighting-installation) that appeared at this year’s 100% Design London. The concept behind the extravagant installation is beauty in the chaos. Sounds like British designers Aarevalo and Melorriaga have found a radiant way to exploit chaos and create light. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 24% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Chaos-inspired Lighting:** Opportunities for designers to create innovative lighting installations that embrace chaos and create unique visual experiences. - **Miniature Lighting:** The use of miniature lights and fiber optics to create intricate lighting installations that capture attention and spark curiosity. - **Fiber Optic Design:** Incorporating fiber optics into lighting design to create stunning visual effects and transform traditional lighting fixtures. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Lighting Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunities in the lighting industry, including the development of chaotic lighting installations and the use of innovative materials and techniques. - **Home Decor:** Innovative lighting installations that embrace chaos and create unique visual experiences can transform the atmosphere of homes and redefine interior design. - **Event Design:** Creating stunning and memorable lighting installations using chaotic lighting concepts can enhance the overall experience of events, such as exhibitions, concerts, and weddings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dynamic Artful Light Fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ghost-chandelier.md) - [Dynamic Hand-Blown Glass Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polaris.md) - [Matte White Dynamic Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/2097-chandelier.md) - [Plant-Inspired Dynamic Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-chandelier.md) - [Jewel-Inspired Chandelier Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pearl-chandelier.md) - [Minimal Collaborative Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linea-selva.md) - [Metal-Glass Intuitive Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/salsa-chandelier.md) - [Leather Disc Modern Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pell-chandelier.md) - [Sculptural Glass Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tamar-grande-chandelier.md)
