# Star Wars Lego Photography Mike Stimpson Muses on Stormtroopers Day Off By Christina Butty | Published 2009-08-10 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/starwars-art-photos-mike-stimpson-stormtroopers References: [whitezine](http://www.whitezine.com/en/photography/lego-starwars-mike-stimpson.html) & [flickr](http://www.flickr.com/people/balakov/) To say Mike Stimpson is a Star Wars fan would be a gross understatement. This gentleman actually takes photos of his Lego Stormtrooper and posts them on his Flickr account. The results of Mike Stimpson’s photos are surprisingly nice and interesting. He certainly took great time perfecting the lighting and camera settings. The questionable thing is the activities that Mike Stimpson has the Stormtroopers participating in. I’m not sure any Stormtrooper worth his armor, would be lying in a bed of rose petals or snuggling a la Titanic. Well, I guess what Stormtroopers do on their own time is just none of my business. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.3/10 - Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/photography) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Star Wars Fashion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/storm-trooper-hoodie-star-wars-inspired-fashion.md) - [Cyburban Stormtroopers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cyber-urban-stormtroopers-star-wars-in-paris-by-delsaux.md) - [3D Futuristic Infants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stormtrooper-clad-creamic-babies-entertainment-2-from-shigeki-hayashi.md) - [Space Lego Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mike-stimpson-lego-star-wars.md) - [Wearable Papercrafts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/storm-trooper-paper-helmets-papercraft-from-a-gallery-far-far-away.md) - [Stormtrooper Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stormtrooper-stefan.md) - [Star Wars-Inspired Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ces-2009-storm-trooper-photographers-love-new-pentax-model.md) - [Star Wars Dance-Offs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/darth-vader-stormtroopers-mc-hammer.md) - [Stop-Motion Star Wars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-lego.md)
