American coffee chain Starbucks and fragment design, a Japanese imprint from designer Hiroshi Fujiwara that's known for its unique collaborations with brands from all over the world, recently unveiled a series of minimalist mugs that feature the branding of both.
Although Starbucks and fragment design collaborated on the design, the glassware itself was made by Fire King, which is known for its high-end offerings that are built to last. To maintain the simple aesthetic that comes from the minimalist branding on the sides of the mugs, the color palettes stick to hues of gray and navy, complementing one another perfectly.
The collaboratively made mugs are currently available from the Starbucks Japan web store, where one retails for approximately $45 USD.
