After all, it's important to foster potential Jedis into this lifestyle from an early age -- we all saw the daddy issues between Darth Vader and his son Luke. Although the nursery is heavily inspired by Star Wars, it is done in a soft and pleasant way that is conducive to infants. With the use of light colors the effect of a soothing atmosphere is created. Carissa's son has just got to be one of the luckiest kids in the galaxy. It will be interesting to see how his room adapts as he gets older and eventually grows out of the Star Wars nursery. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 40% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Alpha - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Sci-fi-themed Nurseries:** Opportunity for companies to create nursery products and furnishings inspired by popular science fiction themes to cater to parents who want to raise their children in a geeky atmosphere. ### Where This Applies - **Children's Furniture and Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design and produce furniture and decor items for nurseries that incorporate sci-fi motifs and themes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sci-Fi Franchise-Inspired Fashion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-collection-2.md) - [Sci-Fi-Themed Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/volkswagen-2.md) - [Sci-Fi-Inspired Classical Posters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sen-donnan.md) - [Sci-Fi-Themed Kids Supplements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vitabiotics-wellkid.md) - [Desert Planet Sci-Fi Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sands-of-tatooine-collection.md) - [Sci Fi-Inspired Desk Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightsaber-lego.md) - [Sci-Fi-Themed Desktop Mats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-orbitkey-desk-mat.md) - [Sci-Fi Gaming Chair Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secretlab-star-wars.md) - [Sci-Fi Bath Soaps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-wars-bath-soap.md)
