# Modular Wine Bottle Storage The 'Stact' Wine Rack Changes the Way Alcohol is Stored and Presented By Cody Turner | Published 2012-08-01 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stact-wine-rack References: [kickstarter](http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/stact/stact-modular-wine-wall-wine-storage-beautified?ref=search) & [getstact](http://www.getstact.com/) A new campaign for an inventive new wine rack is being put together by Vancouver developers called The 'Stact' Wine Rack. This modular wine wall takes wine storage to a whole new level. Developers Jamie Kasza and Eric Pfeiffer of Pfeiffer Lab set out to develop a wine rack that was versatile, easily customizable and elegant. The 'Stact' Wine Rack is crafted using aircraft-grade anodized aluminum and premium wood veneers. Available in six different colors and finishes such as Walnut, Electric Orange, Piano Black and Zebrano, this design is exceptionally classy. The simple design of the rack allows for wine bottles to be placed among the many aluminum bottle supports, almost as if they are suspended in the air. The part that I enjoy the most about this design is that you can assemble the wall mounts in almost any position depending on the wall space you have available. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.4/10 - Popularity: 66% | Activity: 88% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Modular Wine Storage:** The 'Stact' Wine Rack introduces a modular approach to wine storage, allowing for versatility and customization. - **Aircraft-grade Materials:** The use of aircraft-grade anodized aluminum and premium wood veneers in the 'Stact' Wine Rack showcases the trend of high-quality, durable materials in product design. - **Elegant Design:** The sleek and classy design of the 'Stact' Wine Rack reflects the trend towards aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated home decor. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** The 'Stact' Wine Rack taps into the home decor industry, providing a stylish and functional storage solution for wine enthusiasts. - **Furniture:** The modular concept of the 'Stact' Wine Rack has disruptive innovation potential for the furniture industry, offering a versatile and space-saving storage option. - **Wine & Spirits:** The 'Stact' Wine Rack caters to the wine and spirits industry, reimagining how alcohol is stored and presented with its suspended bottle design. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Premium Wine Storage Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/premium-wine-storage.md) - [Space-Saving Wine Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-splitglass.md) - [Customizable Wine Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elegant-wine-cabinet.md) - [Adaptable Office Storage Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stash-series.md) - [3D-Printed Modular Lamp Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stak-modular-lamp.md) - [Wine-Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/placemat-hightop-table.md) - [Modular Stacked Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stack-furniture-collection.md) - [Floating Stacked Storage Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kgt-wall-unit.md) - [Vertical Honeycomb Storage Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wall-art-storage-system.md)
