Using steel as the primary material in this product, designer [Nendo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-twins-side-table) has made a sturdy collection of baskets. By creating the storage containers on an angle, Nendo has made them interesting to look at. This allows these containers to be put on display, so you don't need to worry about trying to store your storage containers. They are perfectly shaped to hold items like magazines and newspapers, and utilizing a basket like these will help to reduce clutter. These Square Baskets will help to clear up some space in your home, and they will look good at the same time. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 9% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Angled Storage:** There is a disruptive innovation opportunity in developing angled storage products that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing for small living spaces. - **Display Storage:** There is a disruptive innovation opportunity in developing storage products that double as decorative pieces to allow for displaying items in homes. - **Clutter Reduction:** There is a disruptive innovation opportunity in developing products that can help reduce clutter in small living spaces in a stylish manner. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture:** The furniture industry can capitalize on developing angled and decorative storage pieces for small living spaces. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can capitalize on developing products that help reduce clutter while also adding to the aesthetic of a home. - **Housewares:** The housewares industry can capitalize on developing storage products for specific items, such as magazines and newspapers, to cater to the needs of small living spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Hidden Compartment Metallic Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stainless-steel-furniture-set.md) - [Adorable Luxurious Storage Compartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxurious-storage-compartment.md) - [Perplexingly Angular Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tadashi-side-table.md) - [Rotating Shopper Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-concept.md) - [Timeless Wool Storage Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wool-storage-basket.md) - [Multifunctional Layered Furniture Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/n15-layered-furniture.md) - [Modular Bent-Metal Storage](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sfso-1.md) - [Modular Bin Organizer Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/binganizer.md) - [Storage Box-Transformed Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chunks-and-blocks.md)
