Instead of a single, uninterrupted piece of glass, this design boasts an almost traditional take on a [modern home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/silver-house). Designed by Visiondivision, the Sprojs House's window also cleverly utilizes the [window wall](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-brick-house) by sectioning it off with shelves. The main feature of this structure becomes even more extraordinary due to its function as well as its form. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.7/10 - Popularity: 35% | Activity: 9% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Abundant Window Architecture:** The trend of incorporating an abundance of windows in architecture to create a more functional and visually appealing space can be observed in modern home design. - **Integrated Window Features:** The trend of integrating window spaces with functional features, such as shelves and storage, has emerged in modern architectural designs, presenting opportunities for new products and design solutions. - **Window as Focal Point:** The trend of making windows a focal point of a home's design, with unique shapes, patterns, and durable materials is on the rise, presenting opportunities for innovation in glass and window production industry. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architectural and Design Services:** Architects and designers can capitalize on the trend by developing unique designs that incorporate abundant windows and integrated functional features. - **Construction and Building Materials:** The construction and building materials industry can take advantage of this trend by creating more durable and energy-efficient window materials without sacrificing design. - **Interior Design and Furnishings:** The trend of abundant window architecture provides opportunities for interior designers and furnishings industry to create furniture and decor that complements the design and function of window spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Chic Curved Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/curved-house1.md) - [Openable Wooden Shutter Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-house-1.md) - [Curvaceous Privacy Wall Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kwk-promes-open-house.md) - [Clear Glazing Compact Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/check-patterned-house.md) - [Dynamic Y-Shaped Glazed Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-y-house.md) - [Privacy Enhanced Minimal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-open-house-1.md) - [Window-Accented Garden Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/verdant-house.md) - [Lush Surroundings Glass Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-house-1.md) - [Window-Emulating Lighting Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/window-chronicles.md)
