"Spraang break forever," or at least long enough for a [Spring Breakers Sequel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yukis-revenge). A film company called [Wild Bunch](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wild-rose-sparrow) announced yesterday that they would be bringing a sequel of Spring Breakers with them to the Cannes Film Festival.

The sequel will be tentatively titled Spring Breakers: The Second Coming. The film is supposed to be equally as outlandish and wild as the first, but this time around, it will center around a new cast of [wild teen girls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mean-girls-x-ocean-spray). The plot consists of the girls going up against a group of Christians who are trying to convert them.

Wild Bunch co-chief Vincent Maraval told Screen Daily that “It’s not a direct sequel although there are allusions to some of the characters in the original.” Let's hope that they bring back Rif-Raf (played by James Franco) or at least include an equally as comical character.
