Nike's latest icy sub-degree sports ad for the winter was created by ad agency Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam and shot by Toronto-based photographer Mark Zibert. Once the dreaded winter hits, out come the burkas and the weening of motivation to go to the gym. In this ad, Nike encourages consumers (and Russians?) to go outside and enjoy doing the sport that they're most passionate about.
The ad features famous Russian athletes such as ice hockey player Alexander Ovechkin, football superstar Alexander Kokori and long jumper Darya Klishina.
The idea of Nike's wintry ad is the idea that it is equally fun and exciting to embrace the sub degree chill to just go out and "Just Do It."
