[Spike Aerospace's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spike-health-insights) conceptual jet would have a maximum speed of Mach 1.8 and a cruising speed of Mach 1.6. It would be able to cut travel times nearly in half. For example: a flight to London from New York would clock in at three or four hours as opposed to six or seven. The Spike S-512 would be able to hold [18 passengers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vistajet-sleep-program) and would have a range of 4,600 miles. In concept form, the jet currently measures 131 feet and has a 60-foot wingspan.
