Trader Joe's new Spicy Pumpkin Curry Simmer Sauce is a ready-to-use curry sauce that can be used to prepare delicious Thai-style curries at home. The sauce is infused with spices like lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cumin, and coriander, as well as pumpkin puree and coconut cream. This gives the sauce a creamy texture, that's completely vegan. The sauce also gives a deliciously spicy kick thanks to the red jalapeño puré—though the brand assures customers that it's "not overwhelmingly spicy."
