A person I know spent a long, long time lying on her side getting a beautiful lace tat. She said that the length of time she had to lay on her side was almost as painful as the the tat itself. Now comes the 'Ink Chair,' which is a [special all-purpose chair](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mammography-chair) for [tattoo parlors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inked-out). With its [many adjustments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/newtral-freedom-x), body parts can be exposed or supported as needed. I’m still incredulous that this isn’t on the market already. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Adjustable Tattoo Furniture:** The 'Ink Chair' introduces an innovative solution for tattoo parlors, providing customizable adjustments for comfortable tattoo sessions. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Tattoo Parlor Equipment:** The 'Ink Chair' revolutionizes the tattoo industry by offering a specialized chair that enhances the tattooing experience for both artists and clients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cross-Legged Wide Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lap-chair.md) - [Custom Tattoo Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-tattoo-creator.md) - [Online Tattoo Art Marketplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackdot.md) - [AI-Powered Tattoo Printers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/imprintu.md) - [Hybrid Sit-Stand Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lean-on-chair-concept.md) - [Interactive Tattoo Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inkstory.md) - [AI-Powered Tattoo Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blackdot-device.md) - [AI Tattoo Visualizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ink-studio-ai.md) - [Folding At-Home Massage Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robotic-massage-chair.md)
