Although there are a number of [pre-mixed cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/premium-vodka-cocktails) available to consumers, these products are often packed with artificial ingredients. Absolut's new line offers a more natural take on the idea of a ready-to-drink cocktail. The new line of sparkling vodka beverages is called 'Absolut Botanik' and it features a variety of flavors inspired by Swedish culture. Each drink contains a blend of Absolut's single-source Swedish vodka and natural botanical flavoring. These flavors include Berry Lime, Berry Pear and Berry Apple. The drinks come in both can and bottle format and each beverage has an ABV of 5.7 percent. The sparkling vodkas provide a refreshingly simple take on the pre-mixed cocktail. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 32% | Activity: 63% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Natural Pre-mixed Cocktails:** Absolut's new line of sparkling vodka beverages featuring natural botanical flavoring presents opportunities for companies to develop more naturally flavored pre-mixed cocktails. - **Nordic-inspired Beverages:** Absolut's Nordic-inspired flavors in their new sparkling vodka drinks offer inspiration for companies to create their own unique regional beverage lines. - **Single-source Alcohol Blends:** Absolut's use of single-source Swedish vodka in their new sparkling vodka drinks can inspire alcohol companies to use more unique, locally-sourced ingredients in their blends. ### Who This Affects Most - **Alcohol:** Absolut's new line of sparkling vodka beverages featuring natural botanical flavoring presents opportunities for other alcohol companies to create their own pre-mixed, flavored drinks with natural ingredients. - **Ready-to-drink Beverages:** Absolut's new line of sparkling vodka beverages provides a refreshing take on the pre-mixed cocktail and encourages innovation in the ready-to-drink beverage industry. - **Regional Beverages:** Absolut's Nordic-inspired flavors in their new sparkling vodka drinks offer inspiration for companies to create their own unique regional beverage lines using local ingredients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Premium Vodka Brand Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-cocktails.md) - [Ready-to-Pour Bottled Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/new-absolut-cocktails.md) - [Iconic Vodka Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-introduces.md) - [Fizzy Vodka Crossover Cans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-vodka-sprite.md) - [Fruity Vodka Crossover Drinks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-1.md) - [Flavorful Vodka Shooter Spirits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-vodka-collection.md) - [Flavorful RTD Expansions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-x-ocean-spray.md) - [Canned Bar-Quality Martini Cocktails](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-passionfruit-martini.md) - [Summer-Ready RTD Launches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/absolut-ocean-spray-variety.md)
