Trader Joe’s new Sparkling Pineapple Juice Beverage is a refreshing combination of not-from-concentrate pineapple juice and a touch of carbonation. The beverage contains no added sugars and actually boasts just four ingredients total: pineapple juice, CO2, citric acid, and vitamin C. As Trader Joe's explains, "Pleasingly pineapple-y, ultra- fizzy, and subtly sweet, this bold beverage sips like a sparkling, pineapple daydream on a tropical summer’s day." And while this bubbly juice is great on its own, it also makes a great mixer for a wide variety of drinks. Add a scoop of ice cream for a tropical pineapple float, combine it with your favorite spirit for a quick cocktail, or add a fresh pineapple spear for a ready-to-drink mocktail.
